Our second International Mission Symposium in Mexicali, Mexico was a great success. This marked a milestone for the IPHC in the LAMCAR region. Entering into the meetings we were blessed by the local Pastor and his praise team in a beautiful opening service full of praise and worship. Dr. Beacham followed with the Word of God that touched our hearts.

The rest of the symposium was full of personal testimonies from our national missionaries from around the world. These are missionaries sent out from and partly supported by the different countries in the LAMCAR region. Besides praising God for his great blessings and accomplishments around the world we had some work sessions where we reviewed and adopted the newly translated Mission Manual of WMM. It was necessary to adapt a few items to make it applicable to Latin America but now each conference will be able to work in line with what we are needing from the different mission boards around our region.

This event would not have been possible without the help of my Symposium committee, Martin Guerra of the Pacific Coast Mexican conference, Fernando Casarez of the North East Mexican conference, Ronald Sanchez of Costa Rica and Douglas Rosalez of Venezuela. Thanks to all of you who have been in prayer for this great event we look forward to another great symposium next year.

We finished the event with the election of a new LAMCAR International Missions Board. They are, Douglas Rosales from Venezuela, Joaquin Quesada from Costa Rica, Martin Guerra of Mexico, Ronald Sanchez of

and the three RMCs of Latin America/Caribbean Darrel Clowers, David Moore, and Tony Martin.
