The Miningers, who serve in Eastern Europe, have been missionaries for 19 of their 36 years of ministry. They live in Estonia but serve in a dozen nations. Before the fall of the USSR, they evangelized in streets, prisons, schools, and on the radio, and the Lord used them in 25 church plants. In 2000, they opened an extension of Advantage College and created a mobile school of ministry they take to the nations. Larry and Deborah operate a mentoring center in Estonia where they focus on training church leaders. Currently, they are planting an IPH church right from the mentoring center where an Estonian pastor is already in place.
