The Miningers have been missionaries for 18 years and are now headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. They serve in Eastern Europe, Russia, Ukraine, the Baltic States, and in Scandinavian countries. Larry and Deborah plant churches, evangelize in streets, prisons, and on the radio, and lead schools of ministry and international conferences. They operate a mentoring center which equips potential church leadership from many nations, and they are raising up evangelists and missionaries from the new church plants. They desire to help others fulfill their responsibility to the Great Commission and to bring Pentecost to denominational churches in Estonia.
